Today Maryland's DYING FETUS have posted
the first in a series of in-studio videos taken during the recording process
of their forthcoming album Reign Supreme. This video
focuses on the drum tracking process for Reign Supreme.
Reign Supreme is set for a June 19th release
via Relapse Records and features nine tracks and is a "return to
roots" with production focused slightly more on slam than in the
band's last few works. Thematically, the album is set to be a good
old-fashioned piece of social and political commentary in the style of DYING
FETUS as we have come to know.
DYING FETUS are currently on the road as part
of the Metal Alliance Tour with Devildriver, The Faceless, Job For
A Cowboy, 3 Inches of Blood, Impending Doom and Wretched.
DYING FETUS has been announced to take part in
the "18 Nights of Blood Tour" with Six Feet Under and label mates REVOCATION.
The band has also been confirmed for this year's
prestigious Maryland Deathfest and France's Hellfest.
