Featuring two of No Idea's heroic and cult-celebrated "slowcore" acts, the Creepoid / Shores split EP follows the newly reissued "Horse Heaven" LP from Philadelphia's Creepoid, and serves as a preface to the upcoming "Leavening" LP from Grand Rapids, MI's Shores (out this Summer, also on No Idea). In support of the new release, both bands have premiered material from the new release, including Creepoid's video for new song "Golden String" debuting exclusively at Consequence of Sound (which follows last week's track premiere on CMJ.com), and Shores' new song "Weak Trees" currently streaming at Altpress.com
In addition, both bands will be taking part in in-store performances at their local record stores on April 21st, with Shores performing at Vertigo Music in Grand Rapids, and Creepoid performing at Siren Records in the Philadelphia suburb of Doylestown, PA at 4pm, followed by an appearance at the Road To Ruin Festival where they'll be performing alongside the likes of Pissed Jeans, The Menzingers and more (full itineraries below).
