MEKONG DELTA - founded in the 80s by producer
and bass player Ralf Hubert - features unconventional and
always high technical thrash metal whose list of former members include the
likes of Jörg Michael (Stratovarius) or Uli Kusch (ex-Helloween).
Today MEKONG DELTA have released two
snippets of new songs from Intersections. They can be
listened to at the links below:
Outstanding and critically acclaimed albums like The
Music of Erich Zann, Dances Of Deathand their latest
release Wanderer On The Edge of Time were considered
to be milestones of the genre. At their latest live-gigs the current line-up
of the band proves that they are not only able to perform the classics, they
are now pushing the limits even further and with a modern sound they are
making clear, that the music of MEKONG DELTA is timeless.
Now, by many requests they have re-recorded some of the classics again.
Intersections is a must for old and new
fans and will be released through SPV/Steamhammer inGermany on April
20th, in Europe on April 23rd and in
the US/Canada early May.
