How an artist can perform live is an essential part of
building a connection with fans and documenting a good performance in a unique
way can be tricky. There have been numerous series that do this well,
Peel Sessions, Burn to Shine and the Basement Sessions are all examples of
extraordinary projects. It is in this frame of mind that Oreo Jones will
be inviting you to hear Betty from the comforts of his
luxurious abode, The Group Home. Ok, it's true, this will not be a live
performance BUT it will be adding a unique twist, capturing what the listener
experiences as they hear Betty for the first time.
This is a not a prescripted "listening party", rather a chance
for listeners to give their honest opinion, good or bad live. Invities
will be a limited number of media and other industry personel, not a bunch of
friends who will butter Oreo's bread.
