Today, Passion of the Weiss debuted the
estoundingly L.A.-centric video for Open Mike Eagle's "Back Pack
Past". The video features the Chicago transplant MC drinking champagne on
a downtown rooftop, spitting verses next to the L.A. River and in a sweaty
D.I.Y. venue with some of the underground hip hop's favorites sporting cameos.
The video was directed by Daniel Anthony of Eye Level Pictures.
Below are his upcoming fall tour dates starting with the
second leg of Aesop Rock's Skelethon Tour with Dark Time Sunshine and then a
tour of mostly southern US dates with fellow Hellfyre Club members Busdriver
& Nocando.
