Founding members of Machina Muerte, Isaiah
Toothtaker & Mestizo are HUMANSUIT.
A project long awaited since the duo's early collaborations
& joint live performances.
Their combined efforts have been critically acclaimed & very
much considered cult classics with songs like "I Gotcha" &
garnering unprecedented encores at infamous venues like LA's The
Low End Theory or the Paid Dues festival.
The pair have been tirelessly releasing albums & crafting
solo careers but all the while also working towards the release of HUMANSUIT.
Early in the year HUMANSUIT released "Lawnmower
Man" produced by Flying Lotus, featuring fellow Machina
Muerte member Gonjasufi, & have also announced a free
EP release for 8/28.
Today Isaiah Toothtaker & Mestizo make
this next Mainframe produced song "Mourning"
available to stream. This single radiates thug harmony in bboy disposition over
thundering funk backed with drums that thump like a criminal's pulse preparing
for a kill.
