The Veer Union launches new website, "Bitter End" music video teaser

Vancouver-based alternative rock outfit, The Veer Union, has launched a brand new website: http://www.theveerunion.com in anticipation of the band’s upcoming sophomore release, Divide The Blackened Sky. The fully renovated TVU mother ship will serve as the main hub for exclusive, up-to-date news, multimedia, tour dates and more as the band gears up for the release of Divide The Blackened Sky on March 26th (Rocket Science Ventures).

The first single from Divide The Blackened Sky, “Bitter End,” surfaced two weeks ago on YouTube as a lyric video: http://youtu.be/7efeVHf2gNo, and has seen a consistent flow of traffic as it pushes towards 20,000 views/listens.

Critics have also begun to weigh in on the infectious track that TVU vocalist, Crispin Earl, describes as a song about, “finding the inner strength to persevere through seemingly impossible times.”

Commented ClickMusic.com, “If The Veer Union can maintain that same vigour throughout the album, there promises to be a bright light at the end of their Blackened Sky.”
The track list for Divide The Blackened Sky is…
1. Borderline
2. Bitter End
3. I Will Remain
4. Buried In The Ground
5. Inside Our Scars
6. Live Another Day
7. Divide The Blackened Sky
8. Silent Gun
9. Last Days Of Life
10. Stolen

Divide The Blackened Sky was recorded at VanHowes Studios, Greenhouse Studios and Renegade Studios in Vancouver, BC - a record Earl proclaims to be “a much darker and heavier effort than our previous works. It depicts all the hard times we have been through over the last couple of years.” The majority of the album was self-produced and recorded by the band. In addition, production on “Bitter End” was handled by world-renowned producer, Brian Howes (Nickelback, Hinder, Skillet, Puddle Of Mudd, Rev Theory), and was mixed by Jay Van Poederooyen.

The Veer Union will unleash the 10-track full-length prior to embarking on a US tour with My Darkest Days; the run will mark The Veer Union’s first trek south of the border since 2010.
