Led Er Est Performs “Bladiator” in Room 205

In their final installment of Room 205, Led Er Est delivers the bombastic blast of "Bladiator." To accompany the bass-heavy blast of the track (from the forthcoming LP,The Diver, on Sacred Bones), editor Forrest Borie worked with the video montage of Brooklyn-based visual artist Aurora Hilal. It's a fitting end to an episode of exceptionally deep weirdness.

Special thanks goes to Shawn, Owen and Sam of Led Er Est for making this episode of Room 205 possible. Without their fierce fingers and dexterous minds we couldn't have made it happen. Thanks also to director Jared Eberhardt, video artists Brendan Harman and Aurora Hilal, set designer Tamarra Younis & assistant Michelle Pullman, audio engineer Jon Gilbert, DP/Camera Operator Aaron Farley, and editor Forrest Borie.

About Led Er Est
Led Er Est was formed in early 2007 by Samuel Kklovenhoof and Shawn O'Sullivan. Drawing from the dire, aggressive textures of first-wave industrial music, the craftsmanship and ambiance of cold wave and post-punk, and the primal kineticism of old school house and techno, the project was initially an outlet for song fragments and delirious baubles. As their sound took a more structured turn towards the end of 2007, Owen Stokes was enlisted to bring an additional synth to the minimal electronic arsenal. Reclusive as the snow leopard, their Room 205 episode was filmed while the Brooklyn 3-piece was on its first tour down the west coast.
