Kicking back in the Charleston, South Carolina backyard of Shovels & Rope’s Michael Trent and Cary Ann Hearst, J. Roddy, Trent and Hearst collaborated on a cozy recreation of “Boys Can Never Tell”, a track from J. Roddy Walston & The Business’s latest album Essential Tremors.

Well known for their electric live performances, J. Roddy Walston & The Business have two exciting New York shows taking place this weekend, starting with an intimate performance at B.B. King’s on Friday, January 31st which will be followed by a set at ‘Big Hello To Brooklyn’ the pre-Super Bowl show at the Barclay’s Center on Saturday, February 1st with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The band also recently announced an upcoming tour with Cage the Elephant and Foals that is set to begin April 21st; check out those dates below.
