ROYAL OAK- AEG Live presents Ireland’s famous folk rock band, The Saw Doctors at the Royal Oak Music Theatre Sunday, March 9, 2008. Tickets will go on sale Friday, November 30th at 10am.

Named after the itinerant craftsmen who once traveled from sawmill to sawmill sharpening and repairing saws, The Saw Doctors came together in a small town in the west of Ireland to bring you Ireland’s biggest selling single of all time, I Useta Lover. Dominating the charts and even outselling bands including U2 and Sinead O’Connor.

After many years and their chart topping album If This Is Rock’n’Roll I Want My Old Job Back, which reached platinum status 10 times, their new album That Takes the Biscuit is scheduled to hit stores November 30, 2007. Their newest album by Shamtown Records will include recordings of the Bebo Song and She’s Got It, in addition to early demos from the late eighties including songs such as Ways of the World and more.
