Yung Simmie announces debut album + shares video


Following two successful mixtapes and the Raider Klan album, Tales From the Underground, Raider Klan's Yung Simmie is proud to announce that his debut album will be coming out this summer. To coincide with the announcement of the album, Yung Simmie is sharing the music video for his Purpdogg-produced track "Full Metal Freestyle". More details about the album including track list and features will be coming soon. For now, check out the "Full Metal Freestyle" music video and the album artwork below. Shut Up And Vibe2 (SUAV2) will be available on July 7th via Raider Klan Records.

About Yung Simmie:

Andrew Thomas, A.K.A. "Yung Simmie", was born and raised in Opa Locka, Florida where he attended school at Miami Carol City Senior High. Yung Simmie works with the old school sounds of 90's funk, these are laid back tracks heightened by his lyrical skills. He has worked with many well known underground artists and producers and has recently linked up with Three6Mafia's Gangsta Boo. Yung Simmie is ready to make a stamp in the underground world and looking forward to spreading the 90's funk to his fans.

In 2012 the underground rap artist signed with Miami-based independent record label Raider Klan Records. Since then he has dropped two mixtapes Basement Music and Shut Up And Vibe Vol 1. He gained popularity with songs like "Off the Dank" and "Florida Nigga Mentality" along with his recent feature on fellow Miami rapper Denzel Curry's "Threatz" which aired on MTV. Yung Simmie has performed at the Texas two day city tour, featured on SpaceghostPurrp's 30 day Black Money World tour, performed at Miami Ultra Fest, Coachella 2013 with the entire Raider Klan Records roster, featured artist at the Urban Fest event in Laredo Texas and has performed in cities all throughout the US. His breakout debut album, Shut Up And Vibe2, will be available on July 7th via Raider Klan Records.
