Stream Cold Beat's Debut Record, Over Me, At NPR Music First Listen

Cold Beat's debut full-length is out next week on frontwoman Hannah Lew's Crime On The Moonlabel, but to give everyone a sneak preview of their inaugural effort, the band is streaming Over Meon NPR Music's First Listen feature. Songs like "Mirror" and "UV" bounce along effortlessly and exuberantly, while cinematic songs like "Abandon" and "Rain" grow and stretch at a slow simmer. It's a record where any one of the 13 tracks could end up on a mixtape.
