Langhorne Slim to Perform At This Year's 50th Anniversary Newport Folk Festival

Langhorne Slim and the War Eagles are honored to be part of the Newport Folk Festival's 50th YEAR! and counting, playing with the likes of 90 year old legend Pete Seeger, Fleet Foxes, Arlo Guthrie, The Avett Brothers, Decemberists, Neko Case, Joan Baez and many many more. The Newport Folk Festival is the front runner festival, legendary for its showcases with the great pioneers of American songwriting and storytelling. Located in Newport, Rhode Island at Fort Adams State Park the first weekend of August you can check out Langhorne and his band on Sunday, August 2nd .
