EDWARD SHARPE & THE MAGNETIC ZEROS
ANNOUNCE FIRST NORTH AMERICAN TOUR
IN SUPPORT OF DEBUT ALBUM "UP FROM BELOW'

Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros announce North American tour dates in support of their debut album Up From Below, to be released by Community Music and Fairfax Recordings on July 14. Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros recently played live in the studio at KCRW for its show Morning Become Eclectic and has been featured twice in the LA Times- once in the paper's "Calendar" and most recently in its "Sunday Magazine." Of the band's song "Janglin'" Rolling Stone wrote, "imagine a sunny version of the Arcade Fire...[The band] airs out its uplifting, happy-hippie vibe on this irresistible feel-good ditty, which is full of finger snaps, "mmm-bops" and lyrics about setting your spirit free. Let the love-in begin."
