“This elegant song [Even If] about mistrust and regret is a doozy, achingly lonely but levelheaded, and Mr. Watson sings it with a mature voice and a mildly mawkish earnestness.”
– The New York Times, Jon Caramanica

" …just try not to be totally wowed by his voice."
– NYLON

" ...brings to mind the Avett Brothers, Fleet Foxes or his fellow Brits, Mumford & Sons.

“I’m not a fan of just repackaging old material. The original EPs were meant to be works in progress. And these versions are much more polished,” he explains. I wanted people to be able to see the journey of me as an artist and the evolution of the songs. It’s unorthodox, but I feel very lucky that I’ve had that opportunity.”
