The Knights have mounted their steeds, but rather than
riding off to battle, they've taken to the exceedingly strange arena of the
dance floor, the home of multicolored lights, strong stuff, andMungolian
Jetset. The duo of Pål "Strangefruit" Nyhus and Knut
"Phardin" Sævik previously brought us the Reichian splendor
of "Toccata," and the people rejoinced. Now the two
psychedelic interstellar disc-auteurs bring us "Smells Like
Gasoline," a 9-minute long epic that The FADER,which
premiered it earlier today, calls "a proggy progression in theme with some
great scenery along the way." Their new record, Mungodelics, is
out August 21st on Smalltown Supersound.
