The Afghan Whigs Release "Lovecrimes" & New Tour Dates Announced

New North American Tour Dates On Sale This Week

Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Boston & Philadelphia

Beginning at Noon EST today, The Afghan Whigs will make the song “Lovecrimes” available as a free download at: www.theafghanwhigs.com. Originally released by Frank Ocean in 2011 on his debut mixtape, Nostalgia, Ultra, the track has become a staple of The Afghan Whigs live set since their reformation this year.

“Lovecrimes” is the second new studio recording for The Afghan Whigs, following the release of “See And Don’t See” in May.

The Afghan Whigs are also pleased to announce the addition of six new shows in North America.  Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Boston & Philadelphia.  Tickets for all shows go on sale this week.  Full details in including pre sale information can be found on the band’s website as well.
