BLACK WATER RISING are still riding high following the release of their critically acclaimed second album Pissed and Driven late last summer. Outburn Magazine called the album "Raw salt of the earth blood of stoner and sludge metal...cutting edge production giving sharp teeth to the churning grooves..."
Continuing their onslaught, BWR has completed work on a video for the song "Dance With the Devil". Anthony Prince of Equator Productions directed the video and the bar scenes were filmed on location at Brooklyn Metal Bar Lucky 13 Saloon. The band has also lined up some shows for June, including appearances with Scorpion Child, Crobot and Adrenaline Mob. A list of the shows can be found below. More shows are expected to be added shortly.
Pissed and Driven is available on Amazon and iTunes. The digital version of Pissed and Driven features an exclusive bonus track. The album art was created by Jan Yrlund of Darkgrove Design (Manowar, TYR).
