It's been a minute but Brooklyn based duo, Telepathe are back with a new single. After touring the world throughout 2009 and 2010 Busy Gangnes & Melissa Livaudais hunkered down in New York and Los Angeles to take their time fleshing out numerous new demos while keeping an intentionally low profile. A glimpse into their new work comes via this new single, 'Throw Away This' b/w 'Destroyer'. The new tracks show the range that Telepathe has always been known for but with more focused direction, cohesion and structure. Gangnes and Livaudais are also putting the finishing touches on a new full-length with producer Lewis Pesacov (Best Coast, Fool's Gold). Both of the single tracks as well as the forthcoming full-length were recorded in Los Angeles at Black Iris, a recording studio & music collective. This 7" release comes out on the collectives label counterpart, White Iris. It would seem the time away has done them well...and there is still more to come.
