After a whirlwind of amazing performances across America over the last few months, Preservation Hall Jazz Bandare now announcing a few particularly exciting appearances to take place during this year’s Jazz Fest and beyond.

Tickets are now available for Preservation Hall Jazz Band’s Midnight Preserves 2014: A Benefit Series for The Preservation Hall Foundation. Taking place on April 25-27 and May 1-4, the band will be performing midnight concerts with very special surprise guests. Not only will you be treated to one of the most unique and intimate of concert experiences, but you will also be helping a wonderful cause.

As always, proceeds from the series will benefit the Preservation Hall Foundation's educational, outreach, and archiving initiatives in 2014.  A portion of the ticket price is tax deductible. You can purchase tickets HERE.

In addition to the band’s Midnight Preserves shows at the Hall and their performance at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on April 27, they will also be joining renowned electronic artist Pretty Lights on-stage during his set at Champions Square on the night of April 26th. Tickets can be purchased HERE.

Later this year, Preservation Hall Jazz Band will return to Japan for the first time after a 39 year absence (last show in Japan was in 1975) with performances at Fuji Rock Festival in Niigata, Japan, followed by a two night residency at the Blue Note Tokyo, as the band celebrates That's It! their first-ever album of all-original compositions in their 50 year history.
