MEDIA ALERT New York, NY (February 19, 2014) - Today famed Massive AttackProducer and Halo 4 Composer Neil Davidge has released a new video for track 'Sleepwalking' featuring Emi Green. The song is off his upcoming debut solo album 'Slo Light' out in North America February 25th via The End Records.
“The track felt like the theme to an old British TV thriller series with shades of Louisiana voodoo. Emi wrote the perfect tale of dysfunctional love to accompany it. I really struggle describing the music I make. I don’t think in words, I think in pictures, textures, smells, it’s a feeling, it’s gut instinct, it’s why I make music and don’t write lyrics. Emi wrote a fittingly tortured story of dysfunctional love that summed up what I felt about this track.” - Davidge
As one of Massive Attack's sonic architects (behind such hits as 'Teardrop' and 'The Hunter Gets Captured by the Game’) Davidge has also worked on film and video soundtracks including the score to the widely popular Halo 4 game series, which became the highest charting video game soundtrack ever.
