1990s on tour!

THE breakout band this summer was Scottish rockers 1990s, whose Cookies went top ten at college radio and landed the band features in major magazines all over the country. Featuring former Yummy Fur members (the band whose other half went on to become Franz Ferdinand) the guys have been wowing 'em at the UK festivals and at a few much buzzed about New York and Los Angeles shows.

Now, they’re bringing their show to the rest of the country, setting out on a fall tour in the company Texan dance-party darlings, Voxtrot. They’ll also be joining fellow Brits Art Brut for a few dates, much to the Anglophilic joy of indierockers everywhere. They’ll even be playing with recently resurrected ‘60s legend Roky Erickson.
