Gary Numan Announces North American Tour Dates This Fall

Industrial and Electro music pioneer Gary Numan today announced North American tour dates this fall. The 10-city run will kick off on October 23rd at the Glasshouse in Pomona, CA and will bring the Splinter Tour to California, Oregon, Washington and Canada ahead of his performance at Austin's Fun Fun Fun Festival on November 8th. Tickets for all U.S. dates will go on sale this Friday, August 29th. Tickets for shows in Canada are on sale now. For a full list of upcoming dates see below or click HERE

Following Sold Out shows in the UK, a main stage appearance at Sonisphere Festival and a tour of Australia and New Zealand, Numan is touring in support of his latest critically acclaimed albumSplinter (Songs From A Broken Mind), which was released on his own label, Machine Music, in October 2013 and marked the artist's return to the Billboard 200 for the first time in over 31 years. The album was recorded in England and completed at Numan's home studio in Los Angeles, California, following his permanent move to the US at the end of 2012. Featuring some sublime guitar work from Nine Inch Nails guitarist Robin Finck, Mojo called the album "Numan's finest hour."

The I Am Dust special edition digital EP was released earlier this summer and includes the album version of the track "I Am Dust", the original demo, and remixed by thenewno2 and Roman Remains. The EP is currently available for purchase at iTunes and Amazon.

Numan's influence has been recognized by a diverse array of the world's greatest artists, including Prince, Lady Gaga, Jack White, Kanye West, Beck, Queens of the Stone Age, The Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, and more. "While Numan's unique, pioneering style continues to connect with fans from the worlds of Indie-Rock, Alternative, Electronic, and Industrial, he remains as focused as ever in pursuing his own singular vision. Utilizing many new sounds and ideas whilst retaining the feel of his classic sound, the softly spoken artist possesses one of the most distinctive voices in music.
