“A finely honed release from the undisputed queen of symphonic metal. 4.5/5” – OneMetal

TARJA’s voice is simply stunning and this album shows that she can perform live just as perfectly as she can record in the studio – which is how it should be but some singers do struggle with live shows, particularly of this length, yet  there’s none of that here – TARJA sounds flawless throughout.” – Planet Mosh

“…an excellent live metal release…” – Sea Of Tranquility

“’A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step’ said Lao Tzu. And this is especially true for Act I. It is also a Step I, the first live album TARJA has produced since her days in Nightwish and a statement that her solo career will continue at all costs. -- Reflections of Darkness
