T.H. WHITE -- "Scene & Modify" EXCLUSIVE DOWNLOAD -- Split 12-inch out Oct 30

T.H. WHITE is an NYC multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, arranger, producer and DJ who has a unique new release on the horizon.  The Scene & Modify EP is a SPLIT 12-INCH out October 30, 2012 via Sky Council Recordings, centered on the T.H. White track “Scene & Modify.”  The release will also be availble digitally.

The EP is shared with other notable producer/musician combos With Lions and Wishes and Thieves, who have both remixed the track and provided an original tune of their own for White to remix.  Side A of the EP contains the “Scene & Modify” original track as well as remixes and Side B sees T.H. White remixing the original work of the “S&M” remixers. White’s glossy production and writing style has led to remixes for Phenomenal Handclap Band, Fol Chen, Boy in Static andFaunts.

Yesterday, Magnetic Magazine premiered an EXCLUSIVE DOWNLOAD of focus track "Scene & Modify," along with a Q&A with White.  Check it out and grab the tune here.

Critics and fans often relate to White's unique blending of ultra-modern production infused with his own organic instrumentation and he is an official showcasing artist at CMJ 2012.  From finger picked and crystallized guitars paired with beat driven female vocals to live funky bass grooves under futuristic soaring synths, constant new ground is touched in the music of T.H. White. Foundations lie in the world of DJ/Producers such as Thievery Corporation, LCD Sound System andMoby as his sound interlaces his influences of golden Hip-Hop, psychedelic 70s funk rock and lush lounge beats.
