Kimbra has announced the October 2nd release of a special, digital-only Vows remix EP. The seven-song collection contains exclusive remixes from Damian Taylor (Bjork, The Killers), M-Phazes (Talib Kweli) and others. Full track listing is below. The Guy Franklin-directed video for her song "Come Into My Head" premiered this week via Interview magazine: http://www.interviewmagazine.com/music/exclusive-video-premiere-come-into-my-head-kimbra/

The New Zealand native is kicking off her first-ever headlining tour of the US and Canada on September 25th in Vancouver, BC. It runs through October 27th in Toronto, ON and includes stops at Austin City Limits and CMJ. To coincide with the tour's start, the US version of her debut album Vows, will be available on vinyl starting September 25th via all indie retailers.

Vows was released in the US on May 22nd via Warner Bros. Records, debuting at #14 on the Billboard Top 200 Charts with 21,665 albums sold. It has received overwhelming critical acclaim so far: Entertainment Weeklyawarded Vows an "A," Rolling Stone gave the album 3 ½ stars, saying "Vows gives R&B a wacky art-rock spin, with a cappella vocal chorales mutating into sumptuous funk pop," and Glamour gushed, "Vows is at all times thrilling and theatrical, filled with wall-of-sound orchestration and nearly-schizoid arrangements, all kept afloat with ease by Kimbra's elastic voice."

Originating from Hamilton, New Zealand, Kimbra has been performing her jazz-inflected pop since she was 14. She worked on her debut album, Vows, for over three years, finally releasing it Australia in August 2011 to critical and chart success. Vows won the 2011 ARIA (Australian Grammy) for Best Female Artist and spawned three hit singles; "Good Intent," "Settle Down," and "Cameo Lover." "Cameo Lover" recently won the Grand Prize in the 2011 International Songwriting Competition and was nominated for an APRA (Australasian Performing Right Association) award for Song of the Year. Vows is certified platinum in Australia and New Zealand.
