POLAR BEAR CLUB Announce Clash Battle Guilt Pride Pre-Order, Acoustic 7-inch, and Rise Against/Tom Morello UK Tour Dates

As fans eagerly count down the days to the September 13 release of POLAR BEAR CLUB’s highly anticipated third full-length album CLASH BATTLE GUILD PRIDE, the band temporarily quelled their growing appetite for new music by releasing The View. The Life 7-inch/EP last week. Today, Polar Bear Club is excited to announce a special pre-sale for fans awaiting Clash Battle Guilt Pride, which will include the album on vinyl or CD, with a number of packages that include an exclusive t-shirt, poster, and the limited edition acoustic three song 7-inch PBC Live at the Montage Music Hall. The pre-order is available now through the Bridge Nine Records webstore: http://www.b9store.com/polarbearclub. Bridge Nine is also offering fans a chance to win at random a test pressing of Clash Battle Guilt Pride via Twitter (http://bit.ly/B9tweet) and the acoustic 7-inch test pressing via Tumblr(http://bit.ly/B9tumblr).

Polar Bear Club’s first single “Screams In Caves” created a stir in the punk scene when it first premiered on the band’s Facebookpage last month and left Punknews to proclaim, “It would not be hyperbolic in the least to say ‘Screams in Caves’ is one of the best songs that the band has written.” On Clash Battle Guilt Pride, Polar Bear Club has perfected their blend of big, anthemic and driving songs filled with open and honest lyrics, leaving left Rock Sound to comment, “The result is something that is at times bold, brilliant and forthrightly genuine.”

With the groundswell of anticipation growing day after day for the album’s release, Polar Bear Club will be bringing the new album to large clubs across the US and Canada on their first North American headlining tour in over a year. Presented by Arkaik Clothing, the six-week Clash Battle Guilt Pride Tour 2011 boasts an impressive lineup that includes support from scene up-and-comersFireworks and Balance And Composure, with Make Do And Mend and Such Gold opening on select dates. Wrapping the tour in Buffalo, NY on October 15, Polar Bear Club will play the tenth annual Fest in Gainesville, FL on October 28 before heading overseas to support Rise Against and Tom Morello’s The Nightwatchman in large venues across the UK in November. See all tour dates below.
