Announces LP, Fall Tour With BRAIDS

Premieres New Track "Albaster Bodyworlds" On Altered Zones

GOBBLE GOBBLE has declared its evolution into Born Gold. Cecil Frena explains:

Cecil: “We have been slowly coaxing this caterpillar into a butterfly with our fists. Check it out, girl - a new face to fit both our past to date and the futuresex we are slowly growing into. Stand before a mirror, hold your palm over your right eye, and repeat Born Gold six times.”

Born Gold's debut LP Bodysongs, arriving September 20th, 2011 on Hovercraft / Crash Symbols, is a selected singles compilation of high-energy, futuristic noise-pop anthems recorded over the past couple years. The album art, above, was painted by Megan James of Purity Ring.

Above is the first single from Bodysongs, “Alabaster Bodyworlds”. Limited to 300 on white vinyl, the record is available for pre-order here. Born Gold will be touring extensively onBodysongs this fall, dates below.
