Stars Make Their Highest Billboard Chart Debut With New Album The North

Stars’ have made their highest Billboard chart debut to date with their new album, The North. The album debuted in the top 50 of Billboard’s Album Chart at #48 and at #12 on Billboard’s Independent Label Chart with 7,239 copies sold. The North, Stars’ sixth full-length, was recorded in Montreal's historic RCA Victor Studios and was produced by Stars’ Graham Lessard and Marcus Paquin (Arcade Fire). Stars’ fall North American tour kicks off next week in Portland, ME at the Port City Music Hall with Diamond Rings and California Wives opening through the October 20 show in San Francisco.  Fans who purchase tickets for any of the US headlining shows will receive a digital copy of The North.  Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased on www.youarestars.com where there are also a variety of album bundles.
