Rams Head Live
Following a #1 hit on American radio with "A Warrior's
Call," Volbeat is enjoying great success with the follow-up single crowd
favorite "Still Counting." The song has risen to number 7 on
the Active Rock charts. Volbeat has just completed a Spring tour that
took the band through the festival circuit to widespread raves. Over the
past several weeks, Volbeat staged appearances at The Beale Street Music
Festival, Carolina Rebellion, RockFest, Bamboozle, Rock On The Range,
Rocklahoma, and many others with individual radio stations.
The band's latest album BEYOND HELL / ABOVE HEAVEN debuted
at number one on the sales charts in Denmark, Finland and Sweden, and Top 10 in
a half dozen additional countries. In the U.S., it continues to see
strong sales on a weekly basis, and had scanned over 100,000 albums.
Since the Danish metal quartet’s formation in October, 2001, Volbeat has become
one of the major attractions in the European scene. This success has
followed as a headliner in the U.S., with the band now selling out venues
across the country coast to coast
Hard rock supergroup HELLYEAH is back with their third
album, Band of Brothers (July 17th; Eleven Seven
Music). The album was recorded in Dallas at drummer Vinnie Paul’s home
studio, VP’s Upstairs Studio and sees the band returning to their collective
metal roots with the influences and style of Mudvayne, Pantera, Damageplan and
Nothingface. ICED EARTH has been touring non-stop since last October in
support of their latest, highly-acclaimed outing Dystopia (Century
Media/EMI).
