Øya Festival (Oslo) and Oh My Rockness are teaming up once again for another fantastic collaboration at this year's CMJ Music Marathon '09. Bringing together some of the best up-and-coming Norwegian and US talent, Øya maintains its unsurpassed reputation for being up-to-date on modern music, joining forces with tastemakers Oh My Rockness to curate a CMJ '09 showcase at Santos Party House [96 Lafayette St.], Wed. Oct. 21st. This year's showcase will feature rising Norwegian artists I Was a King and Ungdomskulen. Doors are at 6:30pm, with a special cocktail hour provided by Øya Festival and Music Export Norway to kick off the event.
