Today, German black metal horde SECRETS OF THE MOON kick off their North American tour with headliners Moonspell! Having just completed a full European trek in support of new full-length Privilegivm, the band will ravage the stage of Tampa, Florida's Czar tonight and invade 21 more cities before winding down November 6th at the Warehouse Music Venue in San Antonio, TX. You have been warned!
Their first full-length in over three years, Privilegivm offers a unique mix of classic black metal with elements of rock. The band -- now featuring bassist LSK (Hell Militia, Vorkreist, Antaeus etc.), guitarist/vocalist sG and drummer T. Thelemnar -- channel their creativity in a way that's more multi-facetted and focused than ever before. Privilegivm is the articulation of many emotions; an album of sacral depths, full of light, the spectrum of unlight, death and blasphemy. A pure metal album to be listened to loud and in complete darkness. Proclaimed Zero Tolerance Magazine of the offering, "SECRETS OF THE MOON have re-defined how people should view occult metal. This is a true milestone in the black metal pantheon!"
