DRP Records, Overdose On Records and MVD Audio are pleased to announce the release of Common Enemy - Living the Dream? for worldwide distribution on CD and vinyl on September 8th.
Don't you miss the days when real hardcore punk existed? In other words, when there was no hope of a mega-record deal and a cushy tour bus to rest your head in? In other words, you had to do it all for the sheer love of being an outcast and rubbing authority figures the wrong way. The Reading, Pennsylvania-based Common Enemy know exactly how you feel, and are set to unleash an avalanche of vintage hardcore punk in the form of Living the Dream?
The band - which has been slugging it out in one form or another since 1997 - debuts new singer Gary Critical on their latest disc, and as evidenced by such eardrum shredders as "Beer Bong" and "Warped in World 8," Common Enemy has found what seems like a long lost brother/fellow partner in crime.
Ever the road warriors (they're veterans of countless treks across the U.S. and Europe), Common Enemy just couldn't stay away from the road, and are already on tour in support of their latest blitz-fest.
Myspace w/Tour Dates.
