This past Monday evening, Jamaican singer-songwriter Romain
Virgo returned to NYC for a special album release party and performance at Miss
Lily's Variety Store. The event was broadcasted live on RadioLily.com on DJ Rob
Kenner's Strictly Boomshots show. Romain discussed his recent sophomore
release The System and sung his hits to a packed room filled
with the reggae industry and fans. Artists Shaggy and Rayvon along with VP
Records' family Miss Pat, Chris Chin and Clive Chin were just a few of the
noteable attendees who watched Romain deliver an incredible acoustic set
including "Mama's Song" and "Not Today" off The
System. He continued to sing crowd pleasers like "I Am Rich In
Love" and "Live Mi Life" backed by tracks and then belted out a
powerful acapella version of the album's latest single "I Know
Better."
