The video for Duquette Johnston's single
"Roll Baby Roll" (out now on Communicating Vessels) is a celebration of freedom,
innocence and nostalgia, directed by Jason Hamric. The clip features surreal
vintage vignettes set to Johnston's driving boogie and infectious holler-along
refrain. And this week, you should hear about 8.4 million more people hollering
along, when "Roll Baby Roll" is featured on the season finale of
ABC's Private Practice. Johnston is currently in the studio
with producer Armand Margjeka, putting the finishing touches on his new record Rabbit
Runs a Destiny, due out later this year.
