The dynamic duo of Serenades have released the video for the title track of their Come
Home EP. The video shot in the Swiss Alps, was directed by Swedish Grammy
Award winning director Ted Malmros (for Peter, Bjorn & John's "Young Folks") of Shout Out Louds. The aesthetic
of the video is a perfect representation of the inspiring ethereal soundscapes of this track, and the band's overall sound.
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Serenades consists
of two of Sweden's most highly-regarded songwriters, Adam Olenius (of Shout Out Louds) and Markus Krunegard.
The band's debut album will be available next year courtesy of Cherrytree Records. In the meantime,
however, you can get a very special taste of what’s to come via the band’s first EP, titled Come Home. Singing
together at all times to create a seamless, singular “third
voice,” Serenades create stunning, indie pop bliss on the Come
Home EP. Released through all digital service providers and indie retail, Come Home is the perfect
introduction to a band whose name you’ll be hearing throughout 2012.
A free download of the blissfully stunning track "Oceans" can also be downloaded now. The
accompanying
video for which is made up entirely of oceanic stock
footage and is up now on the band's website. The band
