New York, NY – The Blue Van have been confirmed to play the 9th annual Siren Festival at Coney Island, NY on July 18th . Named after the Danish van that transports mental patients, these burgeoning Nordic rock gods crank out road-tested rock stomps that perfectly balance melody and swagger. Organic and energetic, favorable comparisons to The Small Faces and The Pretty Things are not an exaggeration.
The band will also be performing a 30 minute live set for The Gibson Sessions at the NBC Experience Store (30 Rockefeller Center, NYC) on July 15th at 2pm on the Second Floor. The Gibson Sessions at NBC will air later this year on MSNBC.COM and GIBSON.COM.
