Recent praise for TOURIST:

"...the melancholic bass boils over slowly into a euphoric beat that will keep dance floors on both sides of the Atlantic buzzing about this emerging producer-to-watch"NPR

A bold departure from this year's stately "I Have No Fear", London producer Tourist makes his bow on the Disclosure-affiliated Method label by shedding almost every element of his serene slowburners that preceded this new cut. The tune's early momentum cedes to an anthemic climb, taking stylistic cues from the skyscraping synths of mid-2000s electro house and the rhythmic chug of '80s hi-NRG Italo disco, blended together with expert craftsmanship. - Pitchfork
“Moving carefully away from the more up-tempo, dance-floor outings we have become accustomed to, the London producer utilises a slow-burning, emotive vocal sample alongside a wash of breathy, gentle layers. You are kept on your toes though, as the somewhat unexpected bass drop arrives delivering an added punch, before a bouncing synth joins the late-night party.” – The Line Of Best Fit
"Tourist is geared to bring his charismatic yet melancholic sound to prominent places in the near future.." Gotta Dance Dirty
