SAY ANYTHING DEFENDS THE GENRE

Say Anything fans are primed and ready for their sophomore album IN DEFENSE OF THE GENRE (J Records) in stores next Tuesday, October 23rd. Four tracks from their forthcoming double disc including the first single “Baby Girl, I'm a Blur” have been streaming on Myspace, Rollingstone.com, and Absolutepunk.net, and are on sale at iTunes to whet the appetite of rabid fans.

The demand is building furiously - Say Anything is currently the #1 artist on Purevolume.com, has the second most viewed thread, and 4th most commented on thread in Absolutepunk.net’s history, and their myspace page has over 7 million profile views with over 17 million plays.

The band just shot a video for the album’s first single “Baby Girl, I"m a Blur” in Los Angeles this week with critically acclaimed video director Wayne Isham. Stay tuned for airdates.

Say Anything, led by creative mastermind and lyrical genius Max Bemis, will be co-headlining the “MySpace Music Tour" which kicks off today in Seattle, WA and will visit over 30 cities across the United States through November 2007.
